This is the name we give to short-term interventions with our clients. A business facilitation typically involves:

  • Conducting in-house workshops or
  • Delivering a keynote at a conference or
  • Designing and facilitating offsites or
  • Teaching how to implement.

They are short, hard-hitting interventions that deliver your outcomes in an engaging and entertaining style.

 

Bridges Approach to Design

We work with a diverse set of clients across the globe, supporting them to ensure their off-site meetings and conferences achieve their goals in an engaging, stimulating and entertaining manner. We do this by articulating the desired outcomes and then working back to design the module that will have a memorable impact for everyone. We use a wide range of methods and tools to build a meaningful experience. Specifically, we combine theory with practice, lectures with experiential learning and individual reflection time with group discussions. We have neuroscience puzzles with stimulating challenges. And to make points and keep them relevant, we also use business simulations and video case studies from Harvard and Hollywood.
