How does it work?

Does it adopt a certain methodology?
It is based on Bridges experience as an implementation specialist and uses Bridges tested methodology from working with governments and MNCs.

Is IMPACT a self learning tool or does it involve classroom-based training for the users?
IMPACT is designed to be completely a self learning tool.
Some companies do ask for support which is why Bridges offers a half day brief and also full project support.
